This range of polyvinylidene (PVdC) emulsions are used in water based anti-corrosive primers, rust converters, etch primers, fire retardant and intumescent applications. For example, Polidene 33-065 (also known as 37-0065) has Ford approval in the USA for certain automotive applications.
The distinct benefits our Polidenes provide are excellent barrier properties, and high halogen content which contributes to fire retardancy.
