The Crestaform® Tough resin is an Engineering 3D printing resin for designing and prototyping. It is strong, stiff, and resilient for ABS-like materials with lower crack propagation.

Bulkhead insert for services management

1. Metal Fixtures / Connectors bond easily to Crystic 3D Printed part using Crestabond Structural Adhesive M7-15 to allow for excellent integration of printed parts.
2. High Performance white or coloured Crystic Gelcoats can be used as a more convenient and lower cost options versus paint finished 3D printed parts with good adhesion to printed surface requiring only mild surface preparation. (light abrade + solvent wipe)
3. Crystic 3D Printed part can easily be bonded to other GRP substrates in the build using our Crestomer Advantage adhesives.

Air vent for yachts

This air vent was bonded using our Crestabond adhesive, demonstrating excellent strength on 3D-printed parts. Impact testing of the bond showed substrate failure with no signs of adhesive failure at a 250-micron thick bondline.
