Crestaform3D Bio85

Redefining What Bio Can Do
Designed with circularity in mind, this 85% bio-attributed carbon resin achieves exceptional tensile and flexural strength while maintaining the processing reliability demanded by advanced dental and industrial applications.
Choosing this Bio material means 66% reduction in kg CO₂ equivalent emissions per kilogram of material compared to a standard modelling resin.
See the mechanical data below for more information on its performance.

CrysticAM Castable FND

Our castable resins are designed for investment casting, to offer exceptional accuracy and surface definition when printing patterns that can be invested and cast. CrysticAM Castable FND has an extremely low thermal expansion, low ash and no trace of heavy metals.

CrysticAM Flex 90

Designed to provide durability, elasticity and tactile performance, this material balances softness with resilience. Its elongation properties make it well-suited for functional parts, ergonomic designs and applications that require repeated stress performance without structural compromise.
Offered in 3 shore A hardness types for maximum versatility across multiple applications. See below for mechanical data:
