Texipol 63-237

A multifunctional, easy to use inverse emulsion thickener. It is a low viscosity liquid, supplied as a pre-neutralised dispersion as the ammonium salt of an acrylic polymer. This solution doesn’t require neutralisation or other additives for the thickening process to begin, helping to increase efficiency and productivity.

Anionic inverse emulsion thickener

Supplied as an easy to use, low viscosity liquid that gives almost instantaneous thickening when formulated in pigment printing pastes. As the polymer is already in solution it does not require any neutralisation or addition of other additives to promote thickening.

Provides outstanding print definition as well as superb fastness properties, colour yield, brightness and excellent softness of handle. It may be used on a variety of textile substrates including: 100% cotton, polyester, poly-cotton and other synthetic fibres and blends.

Normally used at 3.0-4.0% of the print paste and the standard addition level is 3.5%. It is compatible with all the typical print paste ingredients including preservatives, humectants, antifoams, softeners, binders and cross-linking additives. Texipol 63-237 is suitable for use on hand screens, rotary and flat-bed printing machines

Available in drums, IBCs and bulk deliveries by road tanker (please check with your local representative)

Store between 0 and 30°C in the original, unopened container in a dry, well ventilated place. Exposure to direct sunlight should be avoided
