Crestafire® GCS 1005PA
Crestafire GCS 1005PA is a pre-accelerated, low smoke, fire retardant intumescent polyester-based spray gelcoat. It incorporates new intumescent technology. When exposed to fire, it forms a foamed cellular charred layer offering a high degree of protection to the surface of the composite.
GCS 1005PA is restricted to standard white colour and is designed to be post-painted.
Properly cured laminates produced with a selected grade of Crestapol resin and this gelcoat can achieve EN 45545-2 HL3 – R1.
