Texicryl® 13-103

Texicryl® 13-103 is a self-crosslinking acrylic copolymer emulsion designed to form a soft, flexible film that, upon crosslinking, delivers exceptional durability and resistance. Once cured, the polymer exhibits high wash-fastness and strong adhesion to both primed and printed textile substrates, making it ideal for use in textile coatings, fabric finishes, and printing binders.

Compatible with cationic emulsions and hard acrylic dispersions to generate a stiffer touch. To improve the crosslinking under 100°C, a catalyst can be added: 2% of ammonium chloride solution at 10% or 5% of ammonium hydrogen-phosphate at 10%. Texicryl® 13-103 can be thickened by adding 0.5% of TEXIPOL 63-502 in the formula. Texicryl® 13-103 has a non-detectable formaldehyde level according to Oeko-Tex® testing, ISO 14184-1 2011

Store in the original, unopened and undamaged containers in a dry place at temperatures between 5°C and 30°C. Protect from freezing and direct sunlight
