Texicryl® 13-314

Texicryl® 13-314 is an acrylic copolymer emulsion that can be hydrolysed under alkaline conditions for use as a thickener in aqueous-based systems. Designed to deliver effective rheological modification, this polymer exhibits the unique capability of alkaline hydrolysis, allowing it to undergo controlled thickening when exposed to alkaline conditions. Upon neutralisation with a suitable base (such as ammonia, sodium hydroxide, or amines), the emulsion transitions into a viscous, stable structure, significantly enhancing the viscosity and flow characteristics of waterborne formulations.
