Scott Bader France install wellbeing area for colleagues
After the expansion of the site with new offices and a logistics platform in 2015, Scott Bader France began renovation work on a new wellbeing area for Operational colleagues in late 2021.
The newly renovated area is designed to give colleagues a space to socialise in when on a break or before/after their shift. Feedback has already been very positive with colleagues commenting that the new area has helped improve their time spent at work.
The renovation work also included new lockers and a new toilet for Operational colleagues.
Established in 1966, Amiens, France was Scott Bader’s first European-based manufacturing site (Scott Bader SAS), confirming our position as a unique partner for technical, commercial and industrial expertise within the composites market throughout Europe.
Today the office includes a huge 2500m2 warehouse and new offices, housing a large volume gelcoat mixer providing extra production capacity for a wide range of specialty Crystic® gelcoats.

Après avoir étendu son site avec l’implémentation de nouveaux bureaux et d’une plateforme logistique en 2015, Scott Bader a entrepris les travaux de rénovation pour offrir aux salariés en lien avec la production de nouveaux locaux sociaux.
Ces locaux ont été mis en service au 4ème trimestre 2021 et ont contribué à l’amélioration de leur qualité de vie au travail. Quelques photos illustrant cet espace bien-être.
