Scott Bader's UK Headquarters

Located in rural Northamptonshire, Scott Bader moved from London to the idyllic village of Wollaston in 1940, to keep the business safe from the threat of heavy bombing during World War II. Also, originally the Bader family home, Wollaston Hall is a beautiful Grade 2 listed building with large, impressive grounds. Today, the site houses the offices for global functions such as HR, Finance, R&D, Quality control, Customer Service, Logistics, Sales and Marketing, as well as several manufacturing plants.

It is also home to the state-of-the-art Ernest Bader Technical Centre and laboratories where teams of chemists, experts in their fields, work to ensure innovative new and existing products meet our customers’ specific needs.

The UK manufacturing facilities include the New Polymer Plant, the Crystic Plant and the Beacon Plant, responsible for producing a number of our adhesives, resins and gelcoats and functional polymers which are sold throughout the world.
