Raising awareness and understanding

To help us achieve a respectful and inclusive workplace, all colleagues complete a Diversity & Inclusion e-Learning module to expand on their understanding and become more aware of unconscious bias and other barriers. These are some of the other ways we promote Diversity and Inclusion at Scott Bader:
