Fearghas Quinn, established in 1995, manufacture their range of hearses and limousines using Scott Bader composite and adhesive materials.

Scott Bader products used: Crystic resin 474PA, Crystic gelcoat 65PA, Crestabond M1-60HV

Amongst Feargus Quinn’s products are vehicles based on the Mercedes-Benz E Class and Vauxhall/Opel Insignia, with 3 and 5 door versions, as well as an E Class limousine.

For each hearse, a GRP body shell is manufactured as well as rear doors, tailgates and interior panels using Scott Bader’s Crystic resin 474PA. The limousine roof panels and doors are also manufactured from 474PA. Exterior panels are finished with Crystic gelcoat 65PA to protect them from weathering and provide a high gloss finish. Crestabond M1-60HV is used to bond the GRP components together.
